Fees are defined in service agreements or order forms. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

TMG CYBR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services under the terms of a written agreement.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue shall be located in Fulton County, Georgia.
